Menlo Masters Swimming

Welcome! Menlo Masters was organized in 1988 and is located in Menlo Park, California. It is one of the largest Masters swim teams in Northern California and has a rich history of healthy competition and community.

The team welcome swimmers of all abilities, age 19 and up, who are interested in regular structured workouts. Previous experience in competitive swimming is not necessary. Beginners, triathletes, former collegiate athletes, nationally ranked Masters swimmers and everything in between — all ages, shapes, and sizes make up our Menlo Masters.

There are 21 coached workouts per week to choose from. Every workout is different and you'll learn something each and every time. Along with ongoing conditioning at workouts, the team offers stroke instruction, intra-club activities, competitions, and social events throughout the year. Emphasis is on developing swimming skills, enhancing the enjoyment of swimming through regular workouts and professional instruction, and the promotion of lifetime fitness through swimming.

The team swims at the Burgess Park pool facility in Menlo Park.
